Q: - What do I do if I don't have all the info to fill in the required fields when registaring either jobs, directory, sales etc?
A: - For telephone numbers enter 00000 000000. For fax numbers enter 000 0000 0000. For email addresses info@portfoliosuk.co.uk
Q: - Where is the page that tells me i have completed the sign up proceedure?
A: - When you have completed filling in your information and press submit, the screen simply refreshes and has a message at the top of the page telling you its been accepted.
Q: - How do i find out my username and or password if i have forgot them?
A: - Simply email us with your information request to info@portfoliosuk.co.uk
Q: - How do i enter my telephone number?
A: - Due to the lack of desire for people to input their telephone number we have disabled that category. It will be removed entirely in due course.
Q: - How do i enter my website address?
A: - First you need to be signed up to either the Standard or Advance package and then in My Portfolio you can enter it in Contact Info.
Q: - How do i enter or change my Specialism?
A: - In My Portfolio go to Skills & Specialisms and you can change your Discipline and or Specialism. You may need to reselect your Discipline to bring up the Specialism drop down menu.
Q: - Why isn't my own website linking?
A: - Make sure you have http:// before www.
Q: - How do i search all portfolios?
A: - Simply type the letter 'a' into the quick search and that will display all the registared users.
Q: - What size images can i upload?
A: - You can upload upto 4mb file size for your images.
Q: - How do i upload a youtube video?
A: - First either uploaded your video to youtube or find the one you want to show. Then click the more info button above the embeded code on the right of the video, this will display the url code. Simply copy this url code and then paste into the youtube url bar in your My Portfolio Upload Video section. Finally press submit.
Q: - How do i cancel my subscription?
A: - All you have to do is email us with your request to info@portfoliosuk.co.uk
